Compromise. Sometimes it’s difficult to do when you’re shopping for the home of your dreams (or even a right-now home). Keep in mind there are things you shouldn’t compromise, and here are three of them. I would add this advice: buy what you can’t change, as in location, view, etc. You can change paint. You can’t move a building or the Gulf of Mexico. ?
