Inventory stayed the same at The Dawn Condominiums with 6 active units and 1 pending unit at the time of this printing. The 3rd quarter had half the number of sales for the same period last year. Days-on-market for the active units at Dawn Condominiums range from 60-139, indicating much slower sales activity than those units that sold this year. I’m hearing slower vacation rental bookings at reduced rates are also plaguing some owners. Buyers are getting hit pretty hard with rising interest rates, steady or even slightly increasing prices and limited inventory, and a less certain rental outlook is making buyers cautious during these unpredictable times.
