First quarter activity at Diamond Beach Condominiums was lighter than the same time last year, as the low inventory trend continues. The lone selling unit in March broke new ground on the average list price trend for the past couple years. With one exception, Days On Market remains in the single digits indicating demand for Diamond Beach Condominium units at current pricing appears to be unwavering. The peak in pricing has passed for some properties on the island, but Diamond Beach Condominiums does not seem to be one of them. Prospective sellers should take note. This trend is unlikely to continue forever, especially given macroeconomic expectations. Stay tuned.
