March Condo Spotlight – The Dawn Condominiums

We’re kicking off the 2025 monthly Condo Spotlight series with a trip to The Dawn Condominiums. All units at The Dawn Condominiums have a patio or a balcony, most with a view of the Gulf or one of the tropical pools. Parking at The Dawn is unassigned with plenty of spaces. Some units include a single garage. The Dawn Condominiums’ Seawall location are convenient to nearby shopping and dining options, and a short drive to west side attractions like Schlitterbaun Waterpark, Magic Carpet, Golf, Moody Gardens and more.
