The third quarter has the same number of sales as third quarter last year and the average list price rose, as the low turnover continues at Ocean Grove Condominiums. As of the time of this printing, there was only one active unit at Ocean Grove Condominiums, and it has been on the market for 131 days. Buyers are getting hit pretty hard with rising interest rates, steady or even slightly increasing prices and limited inventory. As has been previously reported, macroeconomic headwinds, both known and unknown, are making it a very tricky market to navigate for many buyers.
