Prices have yet to fall from levels set in 2022, which isn’t surprising given the lack of available inventory the past six months. Demand at Palms Condominiums may be waning as evidence by the longer time on market for the last couple sales. The result of pending and future sales should help provide a clearer picture on the demand and price trends. Prospective sellers should take note. Elevated pricing levels may not continue.
