First quarter activity at the Rivieras and West Beach Grand Condominiums matched that of a year ago, with a drop in the average list price year-over-year. Average list price actually rebounded from lower levels set late last year. The longer days on market and reduced sales is not unexpected given the challenges in the Rivieras and West Beach Grand Condominiums for the past year and a half. Similar to the aftermath of a storm, only time will tell how quickly the market here will rebound once all building issues have been resolved. Stay tuned.
