Second quarter activity at the Rivieras and West Beach Grand Condominiums dropped from a year ago, with a small increase in the average list price year-over-year. Average list price continued its upward trend from late last year. This quarter’s sales at Rivieras and West Beach Grand Condominiums continued the longer days on market trend, but that trend seems to be reversing with an advance look at a couple of sales to be reported next quarter.
