At the time of this printing, there were 6 active units on the market at the Rivieras and West Beach Grand Condominiums. Days-on-market for those units range from 5 to 165. The DOM range for sold units was 3-43 and demonstrates how important it is to price for the current market and to bring your condo to market in the best possible condition. Buyers are out there despite pretty strong economic headwinds.
