Description
According to the National Register of Historic Places, the 1907 Robinson Building was built by George E. Robinson, of Robinson and Witt, who provided plumbing, gas, steam fitting and electrician services. They also dealt in selling related fixtures from the ground floor space, while the upper floors were used as living space. For the last few decades, the ground floor has been occupied by various fitness businesses. The property has three residential spaces on upper floors and features a backside balcony. Parking is on the street. The Robinson Building Lofts are located across from The Grand 1894 Opera House and a block from the Postoffice Arts District.
