First quarter activity at Seascape Condominiums was minimal as the low inventory trend continues. The lone selling unit broke new ground on the average list price year-over-year. Demand for Seascape Condominiums units appears to be unwavering as evidenced by the short time on market for the last couple sales. The peak in pricing has passed for some properties on the island, but Seascape Condominiums does not seem to be one of them. Prospective sellers should take note. This trend is unlikely to continue forever. Stay tuned.
